Neil Grimshaw

BA(Hons) FCII

Managing Director, Neil supports the Rural Team and ensures that all client’s needs are being met. Neil also supports the Rural team with negotiating with insurers, helping with input on policy design and changes which may have an impact on the team or the wider business. Neil has 3 children who all enjoy riding horses and being outdoors.

Nathalie Cross

CERT CII

Nathalie is very active in the equestrian world. As a Rural Account Executive, not only does Nathalie speak with equestrian business owners about their policy and renewal, but she also understands their needs, challenges, and pain points.

Nathalie breeds Shire horses and visits shows across the UK. As well as her many horses, Nat has 2 French Bulldogs Nellie & Bruce and has recently returned from maternity leave after welcoming her daughter Nyla Raine into the world. Nat hopes Nyla follows in her footsteps and becomes a keen equestrian.

Julia Whinn

DIP CII

Within her role as a Rural Manager, Julia supports sub-brokers, insurers, clients and assists with claims. Julia is DIP CII qualified and has been around horses most of her life. Being part of the Rural Team means that Julia can speak with business owners about a common passion and something that also means a lot to her.

Currently, she has a Sport Horse called Poppy and a pet parrot called Peanuts. You will find her out competing show jumping most weekends.

Rachel Kayser

CERT CII

Previously to joining Ravenhall Rachel worked in the Leisure industry for 13 years. Since joining the team, Rachel has completed her Cert CII and progressed to an Account Executive alongside Nathalie.

In Rachel’s spare time she enjoys being around horses, spending time outdoors and with her black Labrador Alfie or you’ll probably find her in the gym as she’s a competitive bodybuilder.

Leonie Ward

Leonie supports the Rural team with all new and existing customer queries. As a horse rider and owner herself, Leonie spends a lot of her free time with her horse Kasey.

While studying for her CII qualifications, Leonie hopes to learn more about the insurance industry and the equestrian clients the team work with.
